Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Could do with more comfy chairs on the outside. Nice lounge on the third floor. Swimming pool a little small. Location and surroundings: on the edge of town. Lovely loads of shops and eating places and lots to see in the near vicinity. Service: rooms need an update but the cleaniness is amazing. Staff very friendly. Dining: Breakfast is fine. Bar facilities're great. The restaurant could do with a menu that reflects it prices. There is nobody to greet people who are interested in coming into the restaurant and while we sat there we saw a number of people walk away, where as I think they would have probably come in had someone been there to meet and greet. Sports and leisure: swimming pool small. No indoor activities. Room: No balcony but room so lovely and clean although could be updated. Bathroom fine although the shower head was a rule unto its self, forget how many times we had a wet bathroom floor, it needs attention. Hairdryer fine and good toiletries fine. Towels changed and replaced regularly. Television in room fine. Mini fridge in room but missed tea/coffee making facilities. Useful tips: There was no information booklet in room about the area which I think was a bit sad and could have been helpful.
On the far end of the main street of Sorrento. Main train/bus station 15 mins walk. Port 15-20 mins walk. Lobby and common spaces are rather cute.
Our rooms were rather dark. Noise from other rooms. Breakfast included in price but quality is below average. No WLAN in rooms, but available in the lobby. No printing facility. Water pressure problems. They tried to charge more than was agreed at booking, but then admitted their fault.
The room was quite big and clean
The shower was horrible - very small, with almost no water pressure and very high (and I am over 1.7 m) , those, who enjoy a good shower in the morning should not choose this hotel.
Great location, helpful staff
No highchairs in restaurants, even though we booked family room
The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
We were in the hotel for a week, and in that time there was no variance in the breakfast buffet at any time. The buffet staff were courteous, and didn't smile at any time. Although advertised as Air Conditioned rooms, the air conditioning had been turned off for the season in spite of warm, sunny days.
The hotel provides extremely good value for money, it is located at the end of the main street in Sorrento and as the floors go down rather than up i.e. you need to take the lift down from reception to all floors, the rooms are not at street level and consequently, away from any passing traffic etc.
Very good position, no free parking space in the area
On the room price you should always add at least 12euro for parking, since its not possible to park anywhere near
The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is good, the service is good, the room is big.
Far away from station and port.
Uncomfortable, saggy bed. Too hot as minimum temperature for air conditioning was too high (23 degrees). Expensive Wi-Fi.
its location, very friendly service and price, which for sorrento is really very competitive
The location, large room and balcony.
Rooms are clean but public areas are not so clean. The biggest draw back is the noise. The walls are too thin. You can hear everything. One night someone was in the wrong room and there was banging and shouting at 4.30am for ages. When I complained the following day there was no explanation or apology offered.
Very nice hotel with good lounge areas and views. Very convenient to shops and train.
Shower compartment was far too small. Smaller than standard size and found it difficult to move around
The location, very close to the center, the stores and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.
The view wasn't that pleasant because of the specific of the area, many balconies very close to the hotel balcony, but you could see the sea, so everything bad disappeared.
Convenient to shops, train, airport bus. Great view. Very good breakfast,
Reception gent a little abrupt, but other staff fine
Large enough rooms and quiet. Spacious communal lounge area on our floor with a balcony over looking the water.
Breakfast had no English/ Australian offerings but that has become expected
